Mia Roundtree is a communications and customer engagement professional with a decade of experience delivering strategic content, stakeholder communications, and operational support across federal programs. Her work supporting agencies including CISA and NASA has sharpened her ability to translate complex technical initiatives, from IT modernization to infrastructure security, into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Mia serves OCT as the Senior Business Development Manager, where she applies her communications foundation to drive the firm’s growth through end-to-end proposal management, customer outreach, and cross-functional coordination across SMEs, leadership, pricing specialists, and teaming partners. Since moving into BD, she has quickly built expertise in strategic capture planning, competitive positioning, and RFP/RFQ compliance.

Mia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Communications & Technology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Her hands-on federal consulting experience has given her practical exposure to Agile methodologies, Gartner best practices, Section 508 accessibility compliance, and FAR regulations, equipping her to support clients navigating complex government environments.
