Consulting leading meeting

Consulting

Shapes the future of OCT and ensure business continuity, sustainability, and growth

Manages from end-to-end one or more key operational domains or portfolios of client work
Leads one or more projects and/or teams and is accountable for all aspects of delivery
Leads one or more workstreams and may supervise Analysts or other cross-functional resources
Individually contributes to workstreams and key project or operational tasks

Specialist

Shapes the future of OCT and ensure business continuity, sustainability, and growth

Leads all work within given domain of expertise, serving as the key client advisor on matters of content (e.g., acquisition, IT, cybersecurity)
Accountable for all aspects of client work, interaction, communication, and advisory for given subject matter
Leads one or more workstreams and work product requires little-to-no oversight or rework
Individually contributes to workstream or key project areas or tasks
