Atul Kathuria brings more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience, providing strategic leadership, management and vision to the federal environment. He is a sought after expert in organizational change, policy and procedure development, and innovative solutions.
Atul is the CEO and Founder of OCT and leads OCT in strategy, growth, and quality assurance. Prior to founding OCT Consulting in 2013, Atul worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and Ernst and Young.
Atul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in addition to a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the George Washington University School of Business. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an Advanced Change Management Certification (CMAP) from Georgetown University.
