Brad White brings over a decade of leadership and program management experience across the federal government, with a strong track record supporting initiatives in IT modernization, program management implementations, and federal acquisitions. He has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams on high-visibility projects, delivering impactful results through roles in both large enterprises and small businesses.

Brad currently serves as a Corporate Program Manager at OCT Consulting, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of acquisition programs for federal agencies including the Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), United States Postal Service (USPS), and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). Prior to joining OCT Consulting, Brad held senior leadership roles such as Senior Manager and Senior Program Manager, where he led multidisciplinary teams in supporting federal clients through large-scale transformation initiatives.

Brad holds a Master of Arts in Writing from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Excelsior College. He also maintains professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA).
