Joe Falit brings more than 15 years of experience as a senior executive in management consulting, banking (retail and payments), and technology (SaaS). He has deep domain experience across strategic planning, program management, process improvement, and data and financial analytics. 

Joe Falit is the VP of Strategy and Growth at OCT and leads expansion and innovation efforts, including teaming, and marketing, and client outreach. Prior to OCT Consulting, Joe’s leadership experience included serving as an SVP at Citibank, VP of Corporate Strategy for a growth-stage technology company, and CEO of a payments and software company. 

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
