Robert (Bob) Jennings

Acquisition and Program Management Executive

Robert (Bob) Jennings brings more than 30 years of government program and project management experience providing strategic insight, analysis and expertise to federal clients. He is sought after for his deep understanding of strategic planning, program management and process improvement to large scale government programs and change management initiatives.

Bob is currently a seasoned Acquisition and Program Management Executive with extensive experience helping clients create results-oriented strategies that align business objectives, personnel and resources with strategic objectives. He has broad in-depth experience in change management, program management, acquisition, government finance, requirements generation and federal IT management. Additionally, he serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the Department of State (DoS) efforts to improve performance of large, scale mission critical State Department acquisition programs. Bob recently retired as a member of the Senior Executive Service after a lengthy public service career holding several high-profile leadership positions developing policy, managing acquisition programs and leading large-scale government reform efforts. 

Bob is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is also certified in Program Management (Level III, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act -DAWIA), Business Cost Estimating (Level III, DAWIA), Lean Six Sigma and Scaled Agile (Agilist and Product Owner).
