Terrell Russell brings 20 years of experience as an acquisition, program, and business development manager. He has a wealth of experience across strategic, capture, and proposal management.
Terrell serves OCT as the Director of Business Development and leads the company’s growth development efforts, including cultivating partner relationships, providing customer outreach, and managing the team’s proposal efforts.
Terrell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Faulkner University and a Master of Liberal Arts from Texas Christian University. He is also a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner.
